Her work sits at the intersection of careers, people and AI, with a particular interest in how technology can make high-quality career thinking accessible to more people.

Anna brings 20+ years in international HR and people development, most recently as Director, Head of Global People Development at Lundbeck, and before that in senior HR roles at Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Invacare and Qantas. Having partnered with many hiring managers, she knows first hand how candidates are assessed and selected, and what really happens after you press "apply."
