Part 3: How to make AI work for you in your job hunt with Maria

• Stop using AI in ways that make your CV and cover letter sound like everyone else's. Instead, set-up an AI-assisted process that genuinely helps you navigate the Danish job market.
• Learn how to use GenAI to find suitable roles, write compelling unsolicited applications, and tailor your CV, without losing your own voice!
• Take away ready-to-use prompts and a project setup you can start using immediately

Maria Schmidt has spent her career delivering complex technology programmes at global organisations, always keeping people at the heart of her work. After moving to Denmark in 2020 to join Novo Nordisk, she spent five years navigating professional life here as an international. When the mass layoffs hit in late 2025, Maria found herself job hunting for the first time — so she built a system. Through trial and error, she turned ‘Claude’ into her personal job-hunting assistant that makes applying easier while keeping her voice intact. This workshop is what she learned along the way, shared honestly.
